Open Letter To Bernina Customers Who Have Lost Their Bernina Dealer

Dear Orphaned Customers,

While I was visiting my Father during the last two weeks, I was informed that two more Chicago area Dealerships had closed, making it four in less than a year. I’m sure many of you are very frustrated! I found myself in the same situation in 2003 right after I had bought my Artista 200. My dealer stopped selling the Bernina Brand after not quite one year and I had no where to turn. Many of you know that is the reason that I opened Susan Marie’s in 2004. My mission statement says it all “We are a family-owned and operated Bernina Sewing Machine Dealership and quilt shop with an accent on complete customer satisfaction. We are committed to educating, inspiring, and supporting our customers and their love of quilting and sewing”, it is with this in mind that I realized there is a way that I will help all of you. All you have to do is ask!

Susan Marie’s will give anyone their Mastery Classes regardless of time of purchase; the only cost will be $25.00 for the Machine Mastery Kit, which will cover all the classes (4-6) depending on the machine. All Susan Marie’s customers pay for the kit. A 20 percent discount is offered on Bernina Accessories during Mastery Classes. (proof of purchase required)

Anyone who has purchased their machine within the last year will get not one, but TWO FREE cleanings within two years, as do all Susan Marie’s customers. (proof of purchase required). All Bernina warranties apply. Keep in mind that only authorized Bernina trained technicians can service your machine without voiding any warranties and only they can provide your machine with the most current software updates.

Anyone who was offered a trade up within six months from date of purchase will receive the same offer at Susan Marie’s.

Anyone who bought or received Design Connection can get their CD’s burned for free.
